About Alan Hannasch
As a licensed real estate agent in 1989, I earned honors such as the Century 21 Silver Circle of Listings before stepping back from active practice to focus on the homebuilding industry. In 2022, I renewed my commitment to the profession, successfully completing and passing the Colorado Real Estate Broker Exam, and reactivating my license with a deeper knowledge base and broader industry perspective. Along the way, I’ve completed specialized certifications in Property Inspections, Working with Real Estate Investors, Contract Management, Second Home Ownership, and Assistance Animals & Fair Housing. My academic foundation also includes college-level coursework in Real Estate Finance, Appraisal, and Sales.
